I love Easter. Its a time to celebrate that lent is over. Pretty pastel colors, pink, purple, yellow, green, and much more....

Another Twins Affairs

I wish I could have two cute little twin girls like Taylor and Leighton! These two girls are just too adorable. They turned one this past Sunday. Happy Birthday Girls!! 

We prepared two matching cake, green and pink theme accent with cherry blossom flowers and ribbon. We also made matching mini smash cakes.One cake was banana cake with cream cheese, and the other one was black bottom cake, a chocolate cake with baked in cream cheese and chocolate chip.

Their mom worked so hard on the party details "Cherry-Blossom Princess," here are the details:

Valentines Week

It's six days left before Valentine’s Day what wouldn’t be better to give that special someone with our delicious cakes, cupcakes, cookie with a love message…

On Sunday 2/14/10,  our special cupcakes menu are the following:

All I can say is what a thrilling week. It's a week a way from Valentine's weekend. Let's see how we survive, with custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and Yes!!!! weddings... I am already excited.

Goodbye January !

What a busy day! Our phone has been ringing all day. It's a good sign, right? This weekend is Superbowl. We made a few Superbowl sugar cookies. Here is a snap shot before I left the shop tonight:

We are getting ready for Valentines next week. We made a few Valentines sugar cookies today.This year we are doing "sweetheart" cookies, vintage theme hearts, and of course cupcakes sugar cookies.

Welcome back Longhorns and get ready for Valentines!

Happy Monday all! We are back in Austin after much needed winter break for three weeks. My husband and I got a chance to visit our family in Indonesia for Christmas and New Year. We survived our first week of work! trying to catch up on emails and phone calls. 

So,.....here are few cakes from last week. One of my favorite is the Harry Potter Birthday Cake - just like Uncle Vernon says "There's no such things as magic."

It was a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. Yum!

Two bachelorette cakes, both were requested with hot pink and black accent. Alli's cake was a red velvet with cream cheese buttercream. "Future Mrs. Shoemaker" was a blackbottom cake with cream cheese buttercream.

A Ming Ming Birthday Cake for Tory - It's a strawberry shortcake, vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream.  Ming ming duck was of course edible!
